Russians, Kazakhs, Koreans, Ukrainians, Germans and other minorities seem to be all cool with each other.The program starts on this July 15 and will be tested for one year. After the visa program gets activated, if I'm a US Citizen, and I hop on a plane to KZ and stay for 5 days or so, am I able to get a visa for a longer stay in KZ? THXI can only speculate on that but under the old visa regime you could come into the country and extend your (tourist) visa at the immigration office. Another option would be hopping into Kyrgyzstan, which is also visa free for first worlders, and then try to get back into Kazakhstan.
